Healthy diet guidelines:
Selecting a diet with a bounty of starchy foods such as rice, with plenty of fruits and vegetables for a good start. With the addition of protein like meat, fish, and chicken - and some milk and dairy foods you should get a sufficient amount of nutrition. A healthy diet is maintained by getting a proper balance of these nutrients: a variety of different foods in the proper proportions. And avoid too much fat, sugar and salt.
We have five different food groups. Eating a balance of foods from these 5 groups every day is the foundation of a healthy diet. Swiss Sciences Nutrition strongly endorses that we consume the proper balance from the five food groups to maintain good health. The five groups are: Grains, Fruits and Vegetables, Meats and beans (including eggs and fish), Milk and Dairy, and foods containing fat and sugar.
Fruit and vegetables: Vegetables: 2.5 cups per day, Fruits: 2 cups per day
It is generally recommended we consume five portions a day of fruits and vegetables, using about a 1 cup per serving as a measure. The risks of diseases such as heart disease, stroke and cancer should be decreased.
Grains: One third of daily food intake
The inclusion of foods like bread, potatoes, rice, corn and pasta are the foods which the largest portion of your daily diet should consist of. Whole grains are esspecially important as they contain the fiber we need to aid digestion and nutrient absorption. Grains are a good source of energy and provide fuel for the body.
Meat and beans: Around 15% -20% of total calories
Meats and bean provide good sources of protein. Additionally they contain several vitamins and minerals like iron, zinc and B vitamins. Protein is essential for cell growth and repair.
Milk and dairy foods: 3 cups daily
Milk and dairy products included cheese and yogurt. They are a great source of protein. Dairy foods also provide calcium.
Fat and sugar
Fat and sugar should be eaten infrequently. Eating too much causes our bodies to consume more energy than it burns leading to obesity and increased risk of diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Fat consumption should be limited to mainly mono and poly unsaturated fats with smaller amounts of saturated fats. Trans Fats should eliminated from your diet.

I couldn't believe how fast I saw results with Revivatox! Within 2 weeks, I lost 10 pounds. Now I've been on the product for 2 months and I've lost 30 pounds!
I found Swiss Sciences to be a very solid company. My shipments arrive on time each month. I love the hassle-free automatic shipments yet I know I can cancel at any time since there's no obligation.
I had no success with any of the weight loss programs I'd tried until I got Revivatox from Swiss Sciences. It comes with an Ebook with lots of useful information about why I'd been having so much trouble losing weight & how this product would help. I went from 164lbs to 127 lbs in only 2 months!
I have taken a long hard look at what I consume. "Food is thy medicine," Hippocrates said and I believe it! Since I started focusing on eating more organics, more vegetables and found out I have a sensitivity to gluten and dairy I have lost over 30 pounds AND I am less symptomatic in BOTH of my diseases! I keep trying to learn as much as I can about nutrition and share as much as I can through the Internet.
I've always heard about organic and food and supposedly that it's very beneficial. But is that true? Is there a huge comparison between organic food and not organic? I'd really like to know since there's an extra cost to purchasing organic products. But it should be well worth it since it's my health I am most concerned about. Please let me know. Thanks!
If you're like most individuals you don't want to eat boring foods that taste like cardboard. If those are your only options then dieting and eating better tend to not be your top priorities. Here i will discuss five crucial simple methods to eat healthy..... 1. Fruits - Add them into your meals as side items. 2. Granola is usually a healthy blend of whole grains, nuts, honey and dried fruits like cranberries and raisins and coconut. 3. Sodas and diet sodas. Neither one is good for you. 4. Avoid empty calorie foods. This can include most alcoholic drinks. 5. Look at the labels. You'll want to look at the food labels and then determine just exactly how much you can actually eat that constitutes for a serving.
The body needs carbs to operate optimally. The secret is to consider foods that are complex carbs (like veggies) instead of simple carbs like refined breads, pretzels and rice.. Simple carbs metabolize quickly into sugar and are converted into fat. Complex carbs are crucial and really should be the reason for about 50% of the daily macro nutrient requirement. Carbs are specially important in athletic recovery. The solution is you could only survive on 0 carbs for a very short period. Eliminating carbs from your weight loss program is not sustainable and could leave you listless.
To maintain fitness the important thing is nutrition. A balanced diet full of nutrition is required if u are in position to lose weight.

Simple reason why we are overweight is that really do not eat properly. I had to spend 45 years to understand the right way to eat properly. I made all of the typical dieter errors throughout the years. In my 20s and 30s I would diet to lose 5-10 pounds. It is a long story, but I did more damage to myself by dieting than if I had never began my first diet. Long story short, after being in a rut where I would diet 3 x each year and wound up weighing more by the end of each year than when the year began, I had a lengthy talk with myself about why my diets usually failed...What I always knew, is the fact that it's actually not about dieting but about changing the manner in which I eat throughout my entire life....without starving myself. Long story short, again, I found many low-fat (but delicious and flavorful) recipes that allowed me to "diet" without feeling deprived. In addition, i allow myself one day each week to eat whatever I want, fats and sweets included.

The main reason we're overweight happens because we do not eat properly. I had to spend 45 years to understand the way to eat properly. I made all the typical dieter errors through the years. I attempt to consume just as much fresh and raw fruits/veggies when i can during the day. If I grow it in my garden, then bonuses to me. I also quit enriched flour many years ago, and it was obviously a great nutritional decision. I'd suggest that everybody does precisely the same. Wholegrain bread, rolls and bagels only, from now on. Also i think they taste much better. And, reading labels is HUGELY important! I can not even describe how frequently I'll find high fructose corn syrup and/or sugar substitutes in products.

I got into an accident 2 years ago and with my limited mobility, I gained 20 pounds. I was able to lose this weight with Liposom from Swiss Sciences.
